I think you are right.
I have a Mary White in my line, who was a New England Planter.
She was descended from A Raleigh.
If you do a Google search on "Four NOva Scotia Families," I think you will
find what you are looking for.

P.S. I am also descended from the same line and these Whites are descended
from Peregrine White of the Mayflower.
