Yeah, it tells me this family member is going to continue to frustrate me.
:) I've spoken to people who have very elderly relatives who remember him
and how well thought of he was. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me pin down
the facts about him. Thanks for the info on this other John McAndrews. Who
knows, he might prove to be the elusive ancestor. :)
