CHISHOLM, Theresa - 72, Greenwold Manor, Antigonish, formerly of
Georgeville, Antigonish Co., died peacefully surrounded by her family,
Friday, February 28, 2003, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Agnes
(MacInnis) Chisholm. Theresa was a long-time member of St. George Parish,
Georgeville. Before retirement, she enjoyed working on staff at Dr. J.H.
Gillis Regional High School. Surviving are daughters, Priscilla Gates, The
Pas, Man.; Claire Brown (Alex) , New Glasgow; Terry Chisholm-Harding
(Michael), Mary Chisholm, both of Woodstock, Ont.; Pauline MacIsaac,
Calgary; Colleen Chisholm, Toronto; sons, Rod, Vegreville, Alta.; Leonard
(Tina), Andrew, Antigonish; Francis, Toronto; Colin and Patrick,
Antigonish; son-in-law, Bill Gates, Manitoba; 11 grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; sisters, Isabel MacDonald, Bernadette MacGillivray;
brother, Jackie Chisholm, all of Antigonish; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ambrose; brothers, Ronald, Charles and
Gordon; sister, Betty; three children in infancy. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m.
today in MacIsaac Funeral Home, Antigonish. Funeral mass 10 a.m. Tuesday in
St. Ninian's Cathedral. Burial at a later date in St. George Cemetery,
Georgeville. Donations to Lung Association of Nova Scotia
