FORSTER, Amanda Elizabeth Eleanor
FORSTER, Amanda Elizabeth Eleanor - 14, Kingston, passed away February 23, 2006, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Moose Jaw, Sask., she was the daughter of René and Donna (Appelgren) Forster. Amanda was a Grade 9 student at West Kings District High School where she was a fantastic player on the school soccer team and the Kingston/Greenwood Soccer Club. She had a great passion for gymnastics and was a member of Annapolis Valley Gymnastics Association where she performed competitively. Amanda loved horses and collected stuffed monkeys. She will be sadly missed by her dog Daisy. Amanda especially loved her boyfriend, Tyler Medicraft. She is survived by her parents, René and Donna, Kingston; brother, Alexander René Gotz Sherwood Forster, Kingston; grandfather, Gotz, Shelburne, Ont. and will be missed by her aunties, Brenda (Wayne), Wendy (Mark), Lynne, Gail, Pat, Linda, Shirley (Pat), Auntie Jayne and many cousins. She was predeceased by her gran!
dparents, Beatrice Eleanor and Sherwood Woodrow Simmons. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, and funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, both in Queen of Heaven Chapel, 14 Wing Greenwood, with Padre Art Crawley officiating. Donations in memory may be made to the Gymnastics Association of Nova Scotia, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to a charity of your choice.
