I am researching my ggg..uncle, Frederick Davies. He arrived in Pictou
County before 1850 along with his two brothers William (my
ggg...grandfather) and Thomas. All three married Nova Scotian women and
settled into farming on Hardwood Hill.

My only information on Frederick Davies' family is as follows, from the
1871 census--and I have nothing on his family after that date:
Frederick Davies, born about 1829 (Welsh extraction), immigrated from
England
Susan, born about 1831 (Nova Scotian)
Children: John; Susan Jane; Alexander; Margaret and Lydia.

Any leads would be much appreciated.
