Hello List,

Just wondering if anybody might have easy access to
the D.B. Weldon Library at the University of Western
Ontario in London, Ont?

In doing some research I found this:

Middlesex County Surrogate Court Records: 1846-1853/4

Elgin County wills are available as part of the
Middlesex County Surrogate Court records, which are
available in hard copy at the Regional Collection,
D.B. Weldon Library, University of Western Ontario,
London.

I am trying to locate the will of John Kipp (one of
the early settlers of Sparta/Yarmouth). My records
show he died Dec. 22, 1846 in the Sparta/Yarmouth
area. This leads me to beleive his will "may" be
listed in the collection above. If anybody makes
frequent trips to this library, I would very much
appreciate a helping hand. I'm in California, so its
a bit of a reach for me. Thanks for your time.
