I am forwarding this from the Erie County, NY list in case anyone has a
connection to this family. Please reply directly to

George Stuart came from Scotland via Alsace Lorraine, where he met and
married my great grandmother Mary Annita Moshun and settled in the Buffalo
area about 1880. I believe they lived for a time in Canada, probably right
over the border. My grandfather Thomas Stuart is the only child I know of
from that marriage. I believe George and Mary Annita died when my grandfather
was a child. There may be Stuarts I have yet to discover in the Erie County
area.
Can anyone shed some light on my mystery family?
