I am hoping someone can tell me which of the District Marriage Registers
(published by Global Heritage Press) will contain information regarding
[North] Elmsley Township. (I believe the original Elmsley Township was
in Leeds County, but that in 1842 it was divided at the Rideau, with the
southern portion remaining in Leeds and the northern part becoming North
Elmsley, part of the jurisdiction of Lanark County.)

If anyone would be willing to look up information in the index of the
pertinent volume, I would be grateful. Perhaps someone with the volume
would contact me privately.
