Hi Peter,
The only reference is to a Grace RODGERS having married a Thomas Burrowes on
27 August 1819 in Kingston Ontario.
There is reference to a Charles ROGER, being an editor of both the *Ottawa
Times* and *Le Courrier d'Ottawa*.
