Last month a New Brunswick lister, Bob Geldart, in answer to a
listers question, offered copies of the forms which he had drawn up
to help him transcribe all the relevant information from Birth
Marriage and Death records in libraries and archives.

To save Bob the trouble of mailing these forms out to everyone of
you who wants to use them he accepted my offer to place them on our
web site where you can download them for free for yourself.

For your copy go to our Downloads page at:

and scroll down to near the bottom. You will find Bob's forms under
the heading "Vital Records Blank Forms." Each of the three forms,
Birth, Marriage and Death, is available in either Word (*.doc) or
Portable Document (*.pdf) format, your choice. Don't forget to save
them to your hard disk!!

Bob has done a really through job on these templates and using them
will make sure you don't forget to copy down that last final scrap of
evidence you need. Please join with me in thanking Bob for his
generosity in sharing.
