The present arena on Charles Street East, Ingersoll was built in 1911. Does anyone know where the land records for that time period might be?

My husband's family [PAYNE] lived at 37 Charles Street East. We were told the land for the Arena had belonged to the PAYNE's. Was the land bought from them or donated?

I e-mailed the town but they didn't know.
