Hello again,
Have you tried the Library or the Museum? The library sometimes have records
of the newspapers and you have the date for them. It's a shot in the dark
but I have had luck with both ways and as for obituaries the library and
museums have been my best resource.
Sometimes the funeral homes do too but I have not had experience with one
that old. I would call a funeral home in the area and ask who would have
been in business at that time. Just Canada 411 and enter funeral homes for
Otonabee.. It just might work.
This is all that I can think of today but if any other ideas come to mind I
will contact you.
Good luck
Marg
Good luck

all four cemeteries listed for Otonabee Township (Fife's, Keene, Pine Grove,
St. Mark's Anglican) and alas, no luck there. Nor is he in Little Lake
Cemetery in Peterborough.
