The following information is from the 1916 Canadian Almanac.

VERMILION Post Office in the Electoral District of Victoria, Alberta,
located on or near Canadian Northern Railroad Station, #534-14, Battleford,
V. & E. Sec., which ran from Humbolt, Saskatchewan to Edmonton, Alberta.
