Hello Vic

It would appear from the census image the family is in or near
Melfort in 1911.

The 1906 images around Melfort are online but not yet transcribed
but can be viewed at either of these locations:

includes Townships 43 to 46 inclusive in ranges 17, 18, 19,
20 W 2nd M

It appears George came to Canada in 1901. Unless I have the
column (12) headings wrong on the image. Have you checked for him
in England? I could check for you if you can provide anymore
detail about where he came from in England. I couldn't find any
with SIFTON as the spelling for 1881, 1891 or 1901. Celina
appers to have been born in Manitoba of French descent. Do you
hae her maiden name?
