My grandmother (Barbara Thompson), immigrated from Norway to SK in 1928 and settled in Kandahar. Apparently, she worked as a housekeeper for a Scottish woman and also clerked in the local general store. Can anyone help me out? I would like to find out the name of this Scottish woman or perhaps the names of the storeowners at that time....
