Hello, I have The Pleasant Valley History Book and there is an article about Angus McLean and family in it.By Nada Irvine....Printed in 1980.
"Angus McLean was born at Blackstock, Durham County, Ontario. He married Mary Ellen Cameron of Beaverton, Sept. 26th, 1883.
"Mr. and Mrs. McLean and their young family came west in 1901, settling in Brandon and Douglas, Manitoba, and then came to the Melfort District in 1902.
They had five children, Effie May, William, Norman Roy, Lorne, and Angus Cameron. (..There is more and a picture of
te Family when they were young.)
I could photocopy these pages for you if you are interested.
Are you related? Cam's daughter Sandra Jean and her husband both teach school near Toronto(1980) Are you descended from them?
