Looking at the various provinces, for example, ONTARIO and QUEBEC,
many need to be given more than one prod!!! Even John Manley and
Jean Chretien are on the Fence-Sitting list -- do not know which way
to move.

With a possible pending election, please print these -- figures as of
October 7, 2000.

The velvet gloves are off -- UNTIL we get the Report of the Expert Panel.
