The dates that were posted where it is illegal are from todays date back that no. of years--not years before--This is to prevent pedophiles and people with tendency to commit fraud that no one posts information that many years back from todays date that this law is enforced. It is sad to see these type of people in todays society but we must admit it that they are there. This is meant for people who are posting newborn names and even photos--addresses-parents names etc. Whomever does this is running a high risk for generations after them and for the little ones they have posted.
