Hi,
John C. DENSMORE - born in Canada 1837.
I don't have access - but perhaps a search of the 1851 Census -
Married in Michigan -When? Marriage Registration - may show names of parents.
Lived in Michigan - Have you searched for Letter of Intent -
Citizenship ? - Available from the State Archive - or from National
Archive in Washington D.C. - should have personal information - names
of parents etc.
Deceased: Death Registration - may show the names of both parents -
and their birth place. Much depends on the knowledge of the informant.
Military Records? - will probably show the names of parents.
