I have been doing a One-Name Study of the CHANDLER surname and its variants for about 10 years now, and I am
always pleased to hear from and try to help others researching the CHANDLER name. But my main reason for
subscribing to this list is that I am the Canadian representative of The Guild of One-Name Studies, and I try to
keep an eye open for enquiries about surnames which are being studied by one of our 2,000-odd members spread
around the world, with a view to putting people in touch with one another for mutual benefit.
