Hello Mr. and Mrs Verge,

Thank you for your email. I received a letter in the mail today from
Hon. Josee Verner's office. She states "that the Department of Canadian
Heritage is not involved in the declaration of special days, weeks,
months, or years of recognition other than those that relate directly to
its mandate." Hon. Diane Finley, Minister of Citizenship and
Immigration, would more closely relate to the area (BHC) and therefor
Hon. Josee Verner has forwarded Hon. Diane Finley my original letter.

I will be sure to keep you updated when I hear back from the office of
Citizenship and Immigration and thank you again for your emails.
