Obituaries (05/31/03)
LEGEAR Victor Henry John, in Chemainus, B.C. May 29, 2003. Born in Barrie,
Ontario September 3, 1918, late resident of Cobble Hill, B.C. Predeceased by
his daughter Lori in 1980. Survived by his loving wife Betty, daughter Susan
Arnold, sons,Gary and Steven (Tineke) and 7 grandchildren. Victor served in
the Second World War as a flight instructor at Camp Borden, and was
stationed at Tofino, B.C. and with the 439 Typhoon Squadron overseas and was
award the D.F.C. A special thanks to all the staff of the Chemainus Health
Care Centre for all their care and kindness. No service by request. In lieu
of flowers, donations to the Chemainus Health Care Centre would be
