MORRELL, WILLIAM Alan (Bill) born Dec 7, 1912, in Victoria, BC died
peacefully at home on October 8, 2003 in Nanaimo. Bill is predeceased by his
wife Jean and is survived by his son Lorne (Margaret), daughter Janis
(David), grandchildren Tera (Jonas) and Jeffrey (Lea), great grandchildren,
Austin, Jayden and Kaelin, friend and companion Vi Savage, and his cousins
Bill Musgrave of Yorkshire, England and Hilda Brody of North Carolina. Dad/
Bill will be deeply missed and remembered forhis generosity of spirit and
love of nature and animals. To celebrate Bills life there will be a walk in
his memory at the Morrell Nature Sanctuary, 787 Nanaimo Lakes Rd, on
Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 1pm. The family would specially like to thank
Dr. Kemp and the staff at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital and at the VIHA
Home and Community Care Services for their gentleness and compassion during
Bills last days.
