Peter, apology accepted. I didn't comprehend why the message to you from
list admin was sent in the first place. I didn't take your message in a
negative. Perhaps others did. However I did not see any comments from
other subscribers. By the way do you belong to the Quebec research
list? Your message would have been quite appropriately received in that
forum. Have a good Day!

To the members of the CANADA-OBITS list whom I have offended, I tender
my sincere apologies. Any perceived lack of respect to our departed
loved ones listed on this site was inadvertent and wholly unintended. My
response to the lady from the U.S. in no way implied a trivial attitude
toward the loved ones to whom we devote our time and efforts. It would
seem that for the moment I lost sight of the seriousness of our quest.

To Ms Davidson, the administrator of the list, I hope that I may be
given another chance, and will not be UNSUBSCRIBED as you have stated is
to happen.

Just allow me to conclude by saying that I have a tremendous respect for
our family members who have died, and would never consciously imply any
disrespect of any of them.

Have you No respect for people who have died, and their obituaries being
posted on the OBITUARY lists? What if it were one of your family? You
might think differently and also act differently.
