sorry if this is a stupid question but from your litings on the last digest
am I correct in thinking that your are following the 1881 census and noting
all those down as boatmen?

If so have you already posted those in/around Cheapside Birmingham in the
previous census? i.e. I have a WILLIAM WIMBLETT in cheapside on a marriage
cert in 1842. Any information would be gratefully received.
