If Sarah was born in Oldbury, she could well have been baptised at
Christ Church Oldbury. This is smack in the middle of the town.
Have you an LDS library / research centre near to were you live? If so
you will be able to see the filmed parish register and get a photocopy. Have
you picked up any info from the 1841 census, you should get a street name in
Oldbury from this.
Smethwick is one of the next door parishes and a bit bigger than
Oldbury. It has a few more churches or chapels were this marraige might have
taken place. If boatees then they wouldn't have strayed far from the cut to
get to a church. Have you been able to look at the 1871 census ?
