Hi all
I have my g grandad as a Canal Rope maker in Salford Manchester, before
turning up in Halifax (late 1800's into 1900's)
Name: LLOYD Samuel
If anyone happens to see any mention, could you please give me a shout?
TIA
John Clark in Doncaster UK, born in Halifax UK

: Dear Maureen.,
:
: Yes please -- the movement of families along the canals are very difficult
: to trace. I have found, through census entries, that some of the Cutts
: family moved from Derbyshire, Notts. and Manchester area down to the
general
: Potteries area.
:
: Thank you in advance.
:
: Mavis, in Somerset.
:
: Look forward to seeing them on the list later
