List members - have you noticed that when you reply to all that the message
goes to the list twice, not to the requester and the list?

nonrefundable fee of $5 for this service, and here is how it works:
You complete a Message Forwarding Service form INF 1211B. DMV will forward
the message you wrote, if a positive match is found on the database. The
response by the recipient is strictly voluntary. The department reserves the
right to review the message for content and to reject any message that, in
the opinion of the department, appears to be contrary to public interest.
Rejected messages will be returned to the requester.

Page 1 Instruction for sender of message. Requires name, address, phone #.
Infor regarding the person you wish to contact:

3. Vehicle License Plate or VIN # OR
4. Vessel CF (HIN)
A $5.00 non-refundable service fee, payable by check or money order made
payable to DMV.
Messages addresssed to minors will not be forwarded.
