Hi

Not sure what your data source is but it appears that
Lucius Charles is in California Death Index (CADI) as
Lucious along with numerous other Duval's. CADI is
probably best source of CA death info for years it
covers since it often picks up non-Social Security
recipient names (also believe source records are State
vitals; means there can be some variations depending
on who provided data to agency involved). CADI URL:
