Seeking information on a relative that died in Nevada Co. in 1989 a Richard Combest b. 1923 in Victoria, TX dying in Nevada Co. in 1989. Besides being married to an Eve and having children I know that he served with the Hermosa Beach, CA Police Dept for years. I appreciate any and all comments. Thanks, Dave
