Hi, I'm new to the list and researching information on my husband's
grandfather, Robert Warren Smith. Our search started by hitting dead-end
after dead-end, then we finally got a break. He was born in Indiana in 1914,
we then traced him to Chicago in the 1940s, where he divorced Mary Marie
Bucks in 1948. Somehow, he ended up in Orange County, where he died on
December 28, 1974. We just got a copy of his death certificate, which states
he died in Fairgrove Convalescent Hospital. I tried to find a number, but
information had no listing. Does anyone know if this hospital was renamed?
It shows the address as 1929 N. Fairview Street, Santa Ana.

Any information would be appreciated.
