Norton's Antivirus won't touch it. We had to use McAfee's to remove the
virus as it infected the Norton's files. It is very difficult to remove.

We have received the same virus. It is costly! Gateway recommended the
Norton Anti-virus....let's hope it can stay one step ahead!
