While we are on the SHAW family, can anyone claim a Dr. Angus SHAW who made
it to TX in time for the Civil War??? He was a surgeon who saved the life of
my ggf, Maj. Fleming Hodges GARRISON. I have pictures of Angus' grave site,
apparently in the Harrison/Rusk County area of TX. With a name like Angus
SHAW, sure sounds like he might have had roots from this area! Thanks Zou
