Hello all --
I've found a Julia Carey in the 1920 federal census for Brooklyn, NY.
According to the census record, she was age 28, was born in Ireland, had
immigrated to the US in 1912, was single, and worked as a maid in the home
of Lindsey P. Baldwin, at 298 Clinton Ave. (census record) or 298 Washington
Ave. (Soundex record), or possibly 298 Washington St. (my hypothesis).
Does anyone know more about this Julia Carey?
