Through your nearest LDS Family History Centre, you can order an
Index film of Barbados Marriages. In your case it would be
Film #1159608 C-P (1849-1912) Marriage Index.

If you find Gene MOE listed, make a note of the YEAR - PARISH - VOLUME
and PAGE NUMBER. On this same film you should be able to find William
W. PARKER and cross-match details with his. From there you will need
to order another film of the Parish Register Transcripts covering the
time period the marriage took place.

To find which film to order, look on the Barbados FHLC (either fiche or
on computer). Ask one of the librarians there for some help if you are
not sure what to do.

The Marriages are filmed up to 1930, but the indexes on film only cover
up to 1912.
