Here is a brief outline of the past and present parishes of Jamaica.
All parish boundary shifts have not been listed. If anyone has more
information about the briefly-existing parishes of Bluefields and
Northside, please post it.

THE COUNTIES AND PARISHES OF JAMAICA

I. The three counties of Cornwall, Middlesex and Surrey were

1. Cornwall County
a. Hanover Parish
(1) Created in 1723 from part of
Westmoreland. Livingston, Sketch
