Subject: WILTSHIRE in Antigua

My paternal grandfather, though of Barbadian parentage is believed to
have been born in Antigua in the 1890s, while his father was a
schoolmaster there. I have had no success in obtaining information from
Antigua: there are Wiltshires there whose addresses I was given, but my
letters have never been answered. Is there anyone who has knowledge
of/access to Antiguan records who might help or can suggest how I can
get any information from the appropriate Antiguan authorities? I would
greatly appreciate any help that anyone can give.
