Subject: [CARIBBEAN-L] Help with records in Barbados
Date: Fri, 5 Jun 1998 18:45:47 +0100 (BST)
Hello List, I am a Newbie
I am trying to trace my fathers family, he died when I was very young, and
I never knew my grandparents, so I really am starting from scratch! His
name was Springer, his family came originally from Barbados, but he may
have been born in Trinidad. How would one access the BDM information? I
really have no idea about the administrative set-up over there, though I
am sure, as a British colony, records were kept!
Can anybody help, please!
John
