While going through the Dissenter Marriage Register, (FHL 1291745), I came
across two marriages which might be of interest to Jane McGillivray, and the
person ... sorry, I don't remember who ... that was researching the name
AULD. As follows:

Liber 4, folio 235 -- in the Church of Scotland, Kingston:
item 11 -- 5 June 1843 -- John M. AULD, 45, clergyman, and Elizabeth B.
WILLIAMS, 36, Kingston, by license. Witnesses: John Edmonston, Andrew Scott.

Liber 5, folio 179, in the Wesleyan Methodist Denomination, Kingston
Circuit:
-- no. 34 -- 31 July 1844 -- Alexander MCGILLIVRAY, full age, widower,
tailor, of Kingston, and Catherine Yuell SIMMONS, full age, spinster,
Kingston, by license. Witnesses: Thomas H. Stophles (?), William D. Grant.
