Subject: [CARIBBEAN] Antigua/Nevis Councils

Can anyone tell me if Antigua and Nevis had separate Councils around
1700-1750 or were they the same Council? Did the Members usually live in
the islands or did they appear from time to time coming from
Europe/America?

Am trying to tie up a John Richardson who was President of the Council of
Nevis with a John Richardson who lived in Antigua.

Hope someone out there can point me in the right direction.
