If you can't get the real stuff you can use fresh hibiscus blossoms at
the preopened stage as a substitute. What is lacking is a sour
fruitiness. It is not exactly the same. You can use closed dry hibiscus
in bush tea but my W.I. grandmother 1896 - 1989 a cook did not know
about that until I showed her packaged herb tea from the states.
