I have been looking through some lists that Ernest Wiltshire kindly sent to me on Maxwells and I found this reference to Moe. I remember someone was researching this name and hope that they are still subscribing to the list.
John Rous (gt grandfather of Abel Rouse Dottin mard. Margaret Maxwell and left two sons, Thos and Samuel, and two daus. ELizabeth and Mary. The eldest son Thos married Carter and left one son John who died unmarrd.and four daughters, Rebecca I think marrd ...Carlton and died without issue. Anen married Rev Robt Braithwaite and had two sons and one dau. One son and one dau died unmard: the other son Miles Braithwaite mard Eliz Moe and they had six sons and seven daus. Eliz mard.Samuel Haggett and died without issue. Agnes mard.Nichl. Howell and has a large family. Samuel Rous mard. Eliz. Salmon,their eldest dau mard. Abel Dottin.2 Mrgt. mard. Iranaeus Moe, 3 Lucretia mard. Cheesman Moe, 4 Kietty mard. James Mapp, 5 Charlotte d 1780 aged 16, 6 Sarah d 1811 both buried Bristol Cathedral."
