I too am very interested...my family members were Mason in Texas and
Tennessee at least that I know of...however they left little information
regards it...I tried to get some kind of informaion by calling the various
Mason groups in these areas but they seemed to know little or were reluctant
to talk about it...which seems to be the case.......I just wonder why nonbe
of my ancestors taked about it......Where did it originate? would mine have
joined through familial associations , even before going to the US colonies?
