Hi!
I am looking for any leads on a Wilhelmina ERICKSEN/ERICKSON (not sure of
spelling, but think -SEN is correct), of Danish descent, who emigrated from
St. Croix to New York City in 1898. She was born in Sept. 1858, apparently
in St. Croix and, during the time of the 1900 census in NY, was a widow .
We do not know what her husband's given name was, nor do we have her name
before marriage. She came to the US to live with her daughter Elita (later
known as Anita). Elita/Anita ERICKSEN was born in May 1876 in St. Croix,
emigrated to NY in 1896, and married Alfred NEUMANN approx. 1898-1900.
Please, any leads to Wilhelmina and her family are greatly appreciated! If
these names seem familiar, or if you can do a lookup for me, please post
