Greetings Listbuds,
Just got home from dealing with Foot&Mouth and now learning something
about "worms" in computers?!?!?!

Just a few quick comments after scanning emails -
HERBERTS were in Grenada prior to the English takeover in 1765 - I saw
them listed as estate owners while in
the PRO but I'm not sure if I wrote anything down about them, other than
they were there - will check. I was really
going after info on the Insurrection and ran across the name many times.
- French name.

CHEVALIER - again listed in Grenada prior to British takeover. Listed as
property owners on the 1776 map of Bequia
along with Augier (also from Grenada). That should put some perspective
on the issue for you, Nevilla.

Bagatelles - eventually to follow if I can find my garden under the
weeds.
