Subject: searching for Arlyce Seigal

I am looking for the obituary of Arlyce Seigel published in a St.
Croix newspaper. She died in 1985 or 1986, and owned an art gallery
on St. Croix. Please advise on an address for the Surrogate Court,
probate division, as we are looking for her will. Also, are there any
newspapers that might have her obituary in their archives?
