Yeah, those were the days. Growing up on St. Thomas (as my son would say in the
"olden days") it truly took a village to raise a child and we respected our
elders. My mom would do wonders with a potato added to a pot that had stew
chicken or stew beef so that one more person could sit around the table. No
child went hungry if my mom had anything to do with it.
She also disciplined and no one sued her either :0)))
Guys remember if you miss-behaved down the road a bit by the time you get home
your mother or your grandmother or your tantie would know and box them ears
(giggle) yeah those were the days.
