Sorry for asking a question that has been asked and answered. I am
registered with CARIBBEAN-D and receive the digest rather than the
all of the messages. I use a separate program for newsgroups and
prefer to look for the message content here at
soc.genealogy.west-indies. Every now and then (about once a month), I
will go on the web and check the archives. Today, I can tell you that
the messages on the newsgroup and those at CARIBBEAN-L Archives do not
resemble at all for the month of July. I cannot find a single message
that is on both lists (I have deleted messages from the newsgroup that
were totally irrelevant).
I am interested in seeing everything. Does this mean that I have to
look at the CARIBBEAN-L Archives and soc.genealogy.west-indies
separately? I am also disappointed to find that messages that I
intended for the whole group (I thought it was one big group) and had
posted here in the newsgroups are no longer ending up in the
CARIBBEAN-L Archives.
Messages that I now see in the newsgroup for July are about 90% from
Richard Cheddie and Richard Bond. I was beginning to think that
everyone else was on summer vacation.
