I was wondering if anybody know where I can look up birth or baptismal
records for Antigua between 1870 and 1895? The LDS Family Centre only seems
to have burial and marriage records for the period.

In particular I am looking for the birth record of Arthur Fredrick von
Walter born in Antigua went to university briefly in NEW York and then
dropped out and moved to Jamaica.

The family was of German extraction probably part of the Palatine migration
though the last name is from Prussia and not Pfalz.
