I am looking for Gaignards in the Caribbean from the 1600s to the
present. We know that they were in Saint Dominigue/Haiti, St. Kits, and
Cuba at various times. One sided with the British during the revolt in
Haiti and went to Jamaica, then on to Martinique. Some were in
Louisiana by the 1830s.

I would very much appreciate any information that anyone has.
